SSD-C
Elongation Transducers/Recorders

Summary
Elongation transducers/recorders SSD-C/D are designed to detect relative displacement between movable and stationary piles installed in the ground surface. Displacement is transmitted via the invar line stretched between the piles and is recorded on an analog recorder with ink cartridge. These transducers can be equipped with an alarm contact to alert the operator against displacement. Necessary power supply is only a dry cell for the clock to drive the pen. These transducers can be used for measurement of ground surface displacement in landslide areas as well as for displacement measurement of structures as convenient displacement transducers.
※Measuring force of the invar line depends on the spring.
