The KFP series foil strain gages provide an applicable linear expansion coefficient of 65 x 10 –6 /ºC, which makes them suitable for strain measurement of plastics such as acrylic resin.

Besides the silver-clad copper lead wire, KFP strain gages with pre-attached lead cables are available on request.
When ordering, please suffix the lead-wire cable code to the model number with a space in between.

e.g.
KFP-5-120-C1-65 suffixes N10C3 for the gage with a 10 cm long polyester-coated copper 3-wire cable becomes
KFP-5-120-C1-65 N10C3
