- MCF10P-016GV (A02ADI
(HAGIWARA Solutions Co., Ltd. made, capacity: 16 GB) - MCF10P-A08GV (A02ADI
(HAGIWARA Solutions Co., Ltd. made, capacity: 8 GB)
- MCF10P-016GV (A02ADI
Ver.02.11
Fixed the following bug.
- Fixed the bug in which the monitor output (analog output) on the CVM-40A and DPM-42B series (DPM-42B, 42B-F, 42B-I, and 42B-I-F) sometimes stopped after balancing was performed.
This bug occurs when the balance operation is performed with none of the balance targets present (none of the balance targets are present, meaning that "BAL OFF" or "BAL NONE" is selected for all measurement channels).
*The same event also occurs in inner sensitivity register (in this case, the event occurs when there are none of the objects for the inner sensitivity register).
*This bug does not occur in the CVM-41A and DPM-42A series. - Fixed a bug in which a communication error would occur in rare cases when balance operations were executed from a PC in synchronous operation using a LAN cable, and subsequently EDX operation would become unstable.
- In reading TEDS information, some recommended mode values based on the reading results have been changed.
- Fixed the bug in which monitor data could be transferred beyond the transmission buffer size in the GDD command.
*This bug is not affected when DCS-100A is used.
Ver.02.10
Fixed the following bug.
- The EDX-200A software occasionally did not recognize the CF card when turning ON the unit with the card installed.
Ver.02.09
- Improved the stability of CF card recognition when turning ON the power or when inserting the CF card.
Ver.02.08
Fixed the following bug.
- As you execute the offset zero and balance adjustment during synchronous operations, the EDX did not operate correctly.
*The above bug occurs only when the controlling interface is LAN, and the synchronous cables are not using during the synchronous operation.
*Until you turn OFF and ON the power, the EDX will not operate correctly.
Ver.02.07
Fixed the following bug.
- As you execute the offset zero and balance adjustment during synchronous operations, the EDX did not operate correctly.
*The above bug occurs only when the controlling interface is LAN, and the synchronous cables are not using during the synchronous operation. *Until you turn OFF and ON the power, the EDX will not operate correctly.
Ver.02.06
Fixed the following bug.
- The EDX-200A software did not recognize the CF cards when inserting the cards or when turning ON the EDX.
- Changed the processes for not initializing the measuring conditions in the EDX while updating it.
Ver.02.05
- Fixed the following bug.
When the sampling frequency was 20 Hz or less, the previously measured data or uncertain data were processed as the current data.
* This bug occurred immediately after starting measurements (including immediately after "Waiting for trigger measurements", "Waiting for interval measurements", and executing the balance adjustments) and occurs after issuing the STA command by using the control commands.
Ver.02.04
- Fixed the following bug.
Slave units did not execute the internal sensitivity registration correctly when the internal sensitivity registration were executed at the same time.
Ver.02.02
- Fixed the following bug.
When formatting CF cards, the DCS-100A did not update the response parameter “The number of files in the data folder in the CF card” of the SYS command.
(The target versions are all versions excluding the Ver.01.48 to 01.51.)
* Although this bug does not affect the DCS-100A operations, troubles occur when using the response parameter “The number of files in the data folder in the CF card” by using the control commands. - Fixed the following bug.
When executing the “Initialize the EDX-200A into factory default statuses” or INI command by using the EDX control commands, the DCS-100A did not initialize the obtained balance adjustment values and internal sensitivity compensation values.
(The target versions are all versions excluding the Ver.01.47.)
Ver.02.01
- Added the “CAN Out” for the “OPT.” switch.
Ver.02.00
- Applicable to EMON-20A
- “The number of files in the data folder in the CF card” of the responding parameters of SYS commands is incorrectly increased when [PAUSE] is pressed.
- “The number of files in the data folder in the CF card” becomes zero on the following conditions: Just after updating, without conditioner in it, and the “protective function against unexpected power failure” is active.
- Measured CAN data remains after removing the CAN card CAN-40A or CAN-41A.
The bug does not affect DCS-100A operation but affects when using control commands - On MES command, when the set sampling frequency exceeds the measuring range, the internal parameters of EDX updated even after responding parameter error.
The following bug has been debugged.
Ver.01.50
-
The following bug has been debugged.
- Hang-up resulted if the “REC/PAUSE” key on the front panel was pressed to start measurement during execution of “Check the device/slot” command (EDX command).Since the bug was not completely debugged in version 01.40, so we debugged it again.
- The “BAL” key on the front panel could not work if the “Data Save Folder” is set to “PC data file folder” on the DCS-100A.
- The state of key-lock could be unlocked upon monitoring if the “Data Save Folder” is set to “PC data file folder” on the DCS-100A.
- In “Internal Calibration” for CDV-40B series, CVM-40A, and CVM-41A, the input cables have been included. So the measuring accuracy can be improved.
Modification
Ver.01.49
- Unbalanced data remained after performing balance on cards CDV-44AS, CDA-44AS or CDA-45AS.
This bug occurs when the firmware version of EDX-200A is 01.47 or 01.48
The following bug has been debugged.
Ver.01.48
- The space in the file names or titles would be deleted in slave units of EDX under synchronous operation.
- SYS command parameters (i.e. number of files in data folders in CF cards) would not be updated after CF cards were formatted or files deleted.
- This had no effect on the operation of the DCS-100A itself, but did have an effect when the parameters were used in control commands.
- Sensitivity would not normally registered even after performing “Internal Calibration …” to cards DPM-42B or AD-40A on the “Set CH Condition” window.
This bug occurs when the firmware version of EDX-200A is 01.47.
The following failure is corrected:
Ver.01.46
- Minor change
Ver.01.45
- The following failure is corrected.
"Data security function in power interruption" doesn't work.
* "Data security function in power interruption" is a function that protect recording data when the power is interrupted. It helps resume data acquisition and change the data file number to prevent overwriting the data file.
This failure occurs under low-temperature environment.
Ver.01.44
- Strain/Voltage/Acceleration measurement card CVM-41A is made applicable.
Ver.01.43
Corrects the following failures:
- Made it possible to read and set measurement conditions into/ from internal parameter in EDX-200A even if there is lack of free space in the CF card.
- On dual sampling mode, EDX-200A might slow down operation for a long time of data acquisition.
- In case of send MES command by wrong parameter, parameter error could appear as responded data.
- The responded data was 0x00000000 of 4 bytes data not -2 of 1 byte data as it should was.
The latest version corrected the following failures:
Ver.01.42
- Correct the bug that the test date information of low-speed side acquisition file may be difference with actual test date when setting Analog trigger, External trigger or Complex trigger measurement for high-speed side and set interval measurement for low-sampling side in dual-sampling mode.
- Correct the bug that send back unnecessary error code (-6 file is no-existent) in response data after executing AD conversion/Acquisition stop command when no file in CF card.
Ver.01.41
Corrects the following failures:
- Use of the clock synchronization function for measurement or GPS data acquisition with ETIM-40A or EGPC-40A mounted sometimes resulted in hang-up at the start or at the time of setting measuring conditions.
- In dual sampling mode with ETIM-40A or EGPC-40A mounted, if the low sampling rate was used for GPS data only, the time available for data acquisition at the low sampling rate sometimes became a minus value.
- In responding to CAD command to read card information with AD-40AS(-F) mounted, the range “OFF” was erroneously replaced with “5V.”
Ver.01.40
The following failures are corrected:
- Measurement condition setting through CF card disabled LAN-based synchronous operation to start.
- If there was no measuring ECAN channel, interval output of CAN data was not available through ECAN-40A.
- Balance adjustment failed if the front panel OPT. key to which calibration function was assigned was pressed during command-based balance adjustment.
- Balance adjustment failed if calibration was executed through the control software during balance adjustment with the front panel BAL key.
- Hang-up resulted if the front panel REC/PAUSE key was pressed to start measurement during execution of the equipment/slot confirmation command (EDX command).
- In dual sampling mode, if the high sampling frequency was set to 5 times the low sampling frequency, data sampled at the low frequency might be digitized with an error in a range of ±1.
- With ECAN-40A, any trigger signal or overrange was not correctly judged if the data type of the target CAN channel was set to “Signed” and the data length, to 32 bits or more.
- With ECAN-40A, the trigger signal was not correctly judged if the trigger target bit length was set to 32 or more.
- With ECAN-40A, if the CAN channel for which the data type was set to “Signed” and the bit length, to “1” received 0x01, the data was “-1” (corrected to be “1”).
- With ECAN-40A, simultaneous use of interval and manual modes for output of CAN data disabled correct operation.
Ver.01.33
Corrects the following failures:
- GPS port status LED lamp lit up though the clock synchronization function of ETIM-40A was not used.
Ver.01.31
Corrects the following failures:
- With ECAN-40A, CAN data acquisition was impossible if setting the frame ID to 0x00040000 or higher with “Extended” selected for the CAN data receiving format.
- With the response check made valid in CAN output function of ECAN-40A, if the set receiving frame ID was met, response was judged irrespective of selection of “Standard” or “Extended” format.
Ver.01.22
The following failure is corrected:
- Use of the optional card ECAN-40A might disable correct data acquisition or might cause hang-up.
Ver.01.21
Modification
- All LED lamps except for BUSY light up in green after completion of updating.
Ver.01.20
