Upgrade history UCAM-60C M14

Ver.01.08

Fixed the following bugs.

  • When the language settings was English and when you executed the “Convert File” on the [File Manage], each unit row shifted to the next row.
(Note that the UCAM-60C worked properly when the language settings was Japanese.)
  • When you executed the thermocouple measurement, the UCAM-60C did not measure data by the Scan Speed of 0.5 sec, 1 sec, 2 sec, 5 sec, or 10 sec.
(Note that the UCAM-60C measured data correctly when the Scan Speed was Normal or 0.28 sec.)
  • When you connected the 5-wire LVDT or 5-wire LVDT/T (Sakata Denki Co., Ltd.), the UCAM-60C did not measure data by the Scan Speed of Normal, 0.28 sec, 0.5 sec, or 1 sec.
(Note that the UCAM-60C measured data correctly when the Scan Speed was 2 sec, 5 sec, or 10 sec.)
  • When you pressed the SET key, etc. for checking conditions, etc. during the interval measurement state, the UCAM-60C entered standby mode and reset the measurement count to 0.
(Note that the UCAM-60C measured data correctly even through the measurement count was 0.)

Ver.01.07

  1. Fixed the following bug.
When the “Monitor Font” was “Large” during monitor measurements, the characters overlapped with each other on the windows.
*The display glitch occurred on the window only. Note that the unit monitored data correctly.
  2. Fixed the following bug.
When the unit was AC power supply device, the “Asynchronous” couldn’t be selected on the “MEAS Timing”.
  3. Fixed the following bug.
When you frequently executed the “CAL” command (start monitor measurement) and “STP” command (interrupt or stop measurement), some unit froze.

Ver.01.06

Fixed the following bug.

  • We corrected the following bug: When the display was set to English, the displayed text sometimes overlapped and resulted in a distorted screen during file management.
    * This bug only causes screen display distortion and does not prevent normal operation.
  • Incorrect data very rarely appeared as the real-time measurement data, when the number of “Monitor CH” is 1, the “MEAS CH” is the same as the “Monitor CH”, and when you performed the real-time measurement at freely-selectable timing during the monitor measurement.

Ver.01.04

1. Fixed the following bug.
When controlling the UCAM-60C by using commands with the [Buzzer: ON], the communication error occurred after you sent commands and buzzer sounded approx. 400 times.

*To recover the communication, turn OFF and ON the UCAM-60C.
●The commands which makes buzzer sounds are described as follows.

  • STA (Start measurement.) command with the [LOCK] LED lights out.
  • CAL (Start monitor measurement.) command with the [LOCK] LED lights out.
  • CHK (Checking conditions.) command with the [LOCK] LED lights out.
  • ION (Turn interval measurement ON.) command with the [LOCK] LED lights out.
  • SCS (Match measursing conditions between mainframe and scanners.) command with the [LOCK] LED lights out.
  • Above commands + LOC (Exit the on-line status.) command.

[Example]
This trouble occurred after sending the following commands approx. 400 times with the [LOCK] LED lights out.
1. Send the ION command. (The buzzer sounds and the [LOCK] LED lights up.) → 1st buzzer
2. Send the SCS command. (The buzzer does not sounds.)
3.Send the LOC command. (The buzzer sounds and the [LOCK] LED lights out.) → 2nd buzzer
*This trouble does not occur when the [7: System Control] → [0: Environment] → [1: Buzzer] is OFF.
*The initial status is [Buzzer: OFF].
*This trouble does not occur when using the UCS-60B (control software for UCAM).

This trouble occurred when using the custom-made software.

2. Fixed the following bug.
Could not turn ON the Auto-MEAS (Interval, Trigger, Trigger interval) from the UCAM-60C.

Note that you are able to turn ON/OFF the Auto-MEAS by the following operations.。

  • Press the [0] key for approx. more than 3 seconds in ready state. → [Interval: ON]
  • Press the [0] key for approx. more than 3 seconds when waiting for the measurement start. → [Interval: OFF]
  • Press the [.] key for approx. more than 3 seconds in ready state. → [Trigger: ON]
  • Press the [.] key for approx. more than 3 seconds during trigger measurements.→ [Trigger: OFF]
  • Press the [-] key for approx. more than 3 seconds in ready state. → [Trigger interval: ON]
  • Press the [-] key for approx. more than 3 seconds during trigger interval measurements. → [Trigger interval: OFF]

Ver.01.03

Fixed the following bug.

  • The UCAM-60C did not stop measuring data by sending the STP (Stop measurement or setting.) command.
