Support for the Development of the Next Generation
- Consideration of the flexible implementation of the spousal maternity leave system
- Consideration of measures for employees undergoing infertility treatment
- Consideration of flexible implementation of the short working hours system for childcare reasons
- Review of guidebooks on internal systems related to childbirth and childcare
- Consideration of the introduction of re-employment system for employees who retired due to childbirth or childcare
- Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
- Increase the number of female employees by 10% from the current number by 2026.
- Increase the number of female leaders (managers, assistant managers, senior staff) by 30% from the current number by 2026.
- Review the state of official duties and increase the number of occupational fields for women.
- Raise the acquisition rate and average acquisition period of childcare leave for men from the current level.

- Percentage of female workers in the workforce: 17.6%
- Difference in average length of service between men and women: 0.1 years (16.2 years for men / 16.1 years for women)
